Another Ethics Complaint Filed By Hank Greenberg Against NYS Attorney General's Office

Billionaire businessman Hank Greenberg has filed yet another state ethics complaint against Attorney General Eric Schneiderman's office.
A previous complaint accused the AG's lead attorney in the Greenberg case, Daivd Ellenhorn, of lying to the courts about the investigation.
The latest complaint against Schneiderman, Ellenhorn, and Executive Deputy Attorney General Karla Sanchez, obtained by the Daily News, accused Schneiderman of not taking action to correct the record by the courts.
"By failing to correct the judicial records tainted by his own lies, respondent Ellenhorn has unequivocally confirmed suspicions among the public that he has violated his trust as a public officer," the complaint says. "Moreover, by failing to act on behalf of the Office of the Attorney General for the State of New York, respondents Schneiderman and Sanchez continue to confirm suspicions among the public that respondents have violated their trust as public officers."
