Chief Jason Ziegler says a suspect remains at large but emphasized there is no danger to the public based on evidence recovered at the crime scene.

They suspect someone killed 4 people, is "at large", but isn't a danger to others. What, the killer left a note promising not to do it again? How can you have confidence in such a complacent police chief?
