"Can Dems count on humdrum Cordray to win over Trump's Ohio?" - Headline in Cincinnati Enquirer

as seen on Cincinnati.com.
The news story relates Cordray's appearance today at the annual AFL-CIO Labor Day picnic held at Coney Island amusement park east of Cincinnati.
Apparently the already sparse crowd thinned out even more as Richard Cordray delivered his address .

I personally like Richard Cordray and believe he is the most qualified of all the Dem hopefuls for Governor of Ohio, but am somewhat fearful that he may not light the spark in the voting audience that Ohio Dems need so badly.

We know that union membership is lower that ever throughout the US, many union members are unenthusiastic about their membership, and that many, perhaps a majority, not only voted for 45, but their votes turned the tide in that direction.
