Ohio man made threats toward Toledo high school, police say
TOLEDO, Ohio -- A man is in custody after he threatened to "shoot up" a high school in Toledo, police say.
According to a news release from Toledo police, Christian Costet, 19, was arrested at his home Monday after he sent photos and a video with the threats against Waite High School.
A parent of the children who received the threats reported them to police.
Costet is charged with a second-degree felony of inducing panic.
