What I did find with a quick google was that the Tea Party wants folks to vote no...I went to some Liberty site...looked at who they were....found tea party members identified.....so I'm thinking vote yes....but, I do need to research this....

Obviously you vote no on Issue 1 and yes on Issue 2. In this case voting for a constitutional amendment (issue 2 ) when republicans are in is a good idea. Check out Issue 2 which is supported by democrats and many republicans.

constitution. if you vote yes to 2 to amend the constitution but issue 1 fails saying no to amending the constitution. did issue 2 just become a failed issue. in other words by failing issue 1 do you make amending the constitution with issue 2 impossible.
the repubs dont want i2 to pass so they put in i1 and promote it knowing that the dems will think the repubs want it therefore we dont so when it fails meaning no to amending the constitution then issue2 will automatically fail b/c i2 is an issue to amend the constitution. or am i over conflating

The first is about having a Constitutional Convention, the second will change how we do districting--making it less partisan, no more "winner-gets-to-gerrymander".
