2. Not really. CPD contract ended this month.

CPD has a long history of brutality towards POC & poor people. It is just not well known.

The Mayor made a bunch of noise about civilian review board, the FOP is angry about that.

I honestly would not be surprised if there are more widespread problems all summer.
