Sure, he's higher risk, but plenty of 73 year olds have survived. He'll get excellent health care. Certainly depends whether he has any underlying conditions, like Mr. Cain did.

But it's still somewhere in the 90-95% range that they survive.

Also, IIRC, his net worth is in the tens of millions. He likely receiveds excellent care compared to most his age.
