DeWine to give Wednesday evening address as Ohio is at 'critical stage' battling COVID-19

Going prime time, huh Doofus? Is afternoon listening to your babble down, sir? Sad that he and Alton had such a good start...the behavior of his little "free will of good Ohioans"' experiment got Trumped by his MAGAT's "right" to spread it all around.

Then there's, "if we go back to Red Level," we'll return from hybrid to e-learning only - yeah, that hasn't happened either!

Strongest declaration yet of what I've been saying all along about employee and shopper rights:

"Every retail employee has the right to work in an environment that is as safe as can be, which means all customers must wear masks.”

“Each Ohioan who goes out to shop has the right to know that every store they enter will be safe and that everyone they encounter in that store will be wearing a mask,"

The mask order is reissued with the following additions:

**Each store will be responsible for ensuring that customers and employees are wearing masks.
**The state’s new Retail Compliance Unit, comprising agents led by the Bureaus of Workers’ Compensation, will inspect or ensure compliance.

1st offense is warning
2nd offense is a 24-hour shut-down
