Fine if they don't want the vaccine I guess that is their choice but they also have the
choice of not working in a nursing home or a medical setting.

On religious grounds. One friend of my wife's works as a tech at a hospital and hasn't had a vaccine ever. She claims it goes against her church, but it's really because she's a conspiracy theorist.
