Hillsboro votes to become sanctuary cityHILLSBORO, Ore. — The city of Hillsboro voted late Tuesday night to become a sanctuary city.
The City Council vote came after hours of impassioned public debate at a hearing.
Council chambers were packed and the crowd spilled into the lobby.
