Clarification on PA-18

So as I understand it, Lamb has to run again in November. So, all things staying the same, will it be PA-18 or will it be one of the new post gerrymandering districts that the courts created?

1. It's a new district that is expected to be much more friendly to him.

I read somewhere that he'll open with about an 8-point advantage there.

4. So this could really lock him in

Incumbents always have an advantage, but with a friendlier district, this could really lock him in for a cycle or two?
