Remains found in FoodSaver bag: Wife charged with killing husband who disappeared in 2011
Kim Via had hoped for years to find out what happened to her father, who disappeared in 2011.
She wanted justice if he was, in fact, dead, as some believed.
Now that his wife has been charged with homicide, she has mixed feelings.
"I have to face this head-on, and I'm strong enough to fight for justice," Via said. "It will be the last thing that I will ever be able to do for my Daddy."
