PA State Senator Daylin Leach posting on FB from the Voter ID hearing at the PA SC.

Only a fool guesses a Supreme Court's decision based on questions at oral argument. So, I think the court is leaning towards upholding Voter I'd, but delaying its effective date for 2 years to give it time to ramp up.

And of course, we don't know if they will rule quickly or not. They often take six months or more to issue a ruling, although I think that they will not take long, one way or the other, on this one since it is so closely watched. But right now, this would be a good start and would give PA time to fight further up in the courts without disrupting this election.
