Jason Altmire called our home tonight

... sort of unusual to get a Congressional campaign straight from the 14th Congressional Representative, especially since we are in the 18th CD. But, it was he did to speak to my significant other. Likely, due to hubby's role in Democratic committee and other things the House is looking at when their guys don't exactly act like Democrats.

I listened and from Hubby's side of the conversation and assume that Jason Altmire is probably worried. This doesn't surprise me. Most of the time, he voted like (R) Tim Murphy, who we are stuck with. Altmire is just another Tim Murphy ... a DINO where enough matters are of concern.

Anyone else getting calls from him?

1. I am just short of his district, just a few miles away.

I have had no called from him but this is no surprise.

I am disgusted with him. We worked hard in this area to get him elected, and to see the way he has voted is a huge disappointment. I do know that there is no one in this part of his district who is willing to put time and effort into getting him re-elected. I am not surprised that he is worried. He should be, and shame on him for now looking to the Democrats to help him. He turned his back on us too many times. I do not want a Republican in that seat, but I am also going to put my work and money into other candidates.

Mark Critz is certainly a good reason for Jason to make all these personal "big" reaching out calls.

He's gonna have to change his underwear when this thing's over.
