and went to a 4th Tier law school in Texas. That's my reasonable presumption and I'm sticking to it. Tom can rebut it if he wants to release his college transcripts and Law School Aptitude Test score. He also strikes me as one of those people who had to take the bar exam multiple times before passing it.
