http://keystoneresearch.org/sites/default/files/State-of-Working-PA-2013.pdf

This report found that PA. had a net gain of only 5,400 jobs in the first 7 months of 2013. It also found that 45,000 public sector jobs had been eliminated during calendar years 2011 and 2012. The details are in Appendix A of the report. In addition, at least 5,000 jobs in public schools have been eliminated this year (including 4,000 in Philadelphia alone).
