It's about time he realized this was a dead horse. Yes, Pennsylvania is getting older quicker than alot of other states and that revenues for senior services is getting thin, but privitization was never the answer.

They paid hundreds of millions to the US government for whatever they were accused of, and yet they're still unable to operate in the US without owning a gambling establishment in Nevada or Atlantic City?

Gov. Corporate is finding it hard to find friends anymore. Guess not that many people wanna' support the 1% in PA.
