Tom Corbett back at the Helm After Hernia Surgery

Gov. Corbett resumes duties after hernia surgery at AGH
February 27, 2014 10:33 AM

By Mark Scolforo / The Associated Press

"Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett’s office says his hernia surgery went well and he’s resumed his role and powers as governor."

"Press secretary Jay Pagni said Thursday morning that Mr. Corbett was out of Allegheny General Hospital and on his way home to Shaler to recuperate."

"Pagni says the transfer of power to Lt. Gov. Jim Cawley lasted from 7:10 a.m. to 8:35 a.m., while the governor was under general anesthesia."

"Pagni says Mr. Corbett “was in great spirits” as he left the hospital."

Tom was in great spirits? Well, gee isn't that heartwarming? We paid for his surgery, but he is denying Pennsylvanians health care by refusing to expand Medicaid. Furthermore, our tax dollars are now going to other states.

There's no bigger asshole than Corbett.
No offense to anyone here with that affliction.

I wish Mr. Corbett a full and complete recovery - at his home in Shaler Township, where he will spend the next 4 years.

Until I read your post, I was going to ask if he had brain surgery. But I won't.

And yes, may he spend the next 4 years, and many more, in Shaler Township.
