"Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbetts office says his hernia surgery went well and hes resumed his role and powers as governor."
"Press secretary Jay Pagni said Thursday morning that Mr. Corbett was out of Allegheny General Hospital and on his way home to Shaler to recuperate."
"Pagni says the transfer of power to Lt. Gov. Jim Cawley lasted from 7:10 a.m. to 8:35 a.m., while the governor was under general anesthesia."
"Pagni says Mr. Corbett was in great spirits as he left the hospital."
Tom was in great spirits? Well, gee isn't that heartwarming? We paid for his surgery, but he is denying Pennsylvanians health care by refusing to expand Medicaid. Furthermore, our tax dollars are now going to other states.

(6,819 posts)I wish Mr. Corbett a full and complete recovery - at his home in Shaler Township, where he will spend the next 4 years.

And yes, may he spend the next 4 years, and many more, in Shaler Township.
