Three City-owned vehicles stolen from Harrisburg, including a police car

I feel sympathy for the new Mayor of Harrisburg. He has an extremely tough job.

Here is the latest headline from Harrisburg. Three of the City's vehicles were stolen from a City garage, including one of the police cars. A police officer found it parked along the street in the roughest public housing project in the city. No one had known it was missing.
