FDA found health problems and fraud at cheese co., while PA. inspector found a job with them

CBS Evening News had a story tonight about a cheese company in western PA that provided cans of fake "Romano and Parmesan Cheese" for Target and Walmart. Not only did the cans not include those cheeses, but the FDA found numerous health violations and a lack of tests to detect contamination.

Meanwhile, the PA. Dept. of Ag. had an inspector inspecting the same factory during the same weeks as the FDA. He gave the plant excellent ratings and wrote lots of compliments in his official reports. Then he started his new job - as the Quality Control Director for the cheese company.
