1. Labor is usually not subject to sales tax but not sure in PA

Any products used would be subject to sales tax, like grass seed.

2. 12. Lawn care services.

It is a little suspicious that he would forego the sales tax if you pay cash, however.

4. No

He worded it as more if I paid by check.

Never had that request from a service provider.

5. There's no tax on this service.................

I have sat on our Board (Condo Assn,) have contracted for landscaping and snow removal etc. We pay by check, there has never been any sales tax added to our bill(s).

Services are not taxable in PA e.g. Doctor's fee, Barber, Hairdresser, therapist, Lawyer, etc.

8. I have to pay tax on my car inspection

3. Inspecting motor vehicles as required by law.

I also have seen sales tax on my RCN (internet) bill, but the sales tax is included in my MetroPCS bill:

14. Mobile telecommunications services.

15. Premium cable and video programming services including streaming of videos.
