A new Quinnipiac University poll released Wednesday seems to show a little bit of bipartisanship or maybe just fickle thinking among Pennsylvania voters.
For starters, GOP incumbent Sen. Pat Toomey is leading Democratic challenger Katie McGinty by a comfortable nine points, 49-40.
This despite McGinty hammering Toomey for not doing more or getting more done on gun legislation in the wake of the June 12 mass shooting in Orlando that has dominated national news.
The only potential good news here for McGinty is room to grow. While she has a pretty dismal 28 percent favorability rating, 39 percent of voters say they don't know enough about her to form much of an opinion. And Toomey's favorability isn't much better, standing at just 32 percent.

It's still early but not the best news for a flip of the Senate.

I don't believe Toomey will be re-elected, no matter what the polls are trying to project.

Eff 'em. I donate to individual campaigns, not ever to the DSCC or DCCC or DNC, any more.
