Putting up posts from the worst right wing troll in the State. Will Folks of Fitsnews makes half of his stuff up.
And concerning this post, the whole thing was an oversight by the Supreme Court in how the worded the ruling. They have already told all courts to ignore the ruling, which is being amended.
