Vanity plate helps cops nab doctor accused of flashing women in Deep Ellum, Cityplace
DALLAS -- A Keller doctor accused of masturbating in a Target parking lot was caught because of the vanity license plate on his BMW, police said.
Dr. Reginald James Newsome was arrested Wednesday on a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure. He was released after posting bond.
His license plate is "ISPINE," the Keller pain management center where he works. Newsome could not be reached for comment Thursday. A woman who answered the phone at ISPINE said the center had no comment.
His arrest stemmed from a woman's grocery run to the Cityplace Target earlier this month.
