Beto O'Rourke visits Laredo fresh off debate with Ted Cruz

Fresh off his first senatorial debate stage, U.S. Rep. Beto O'Rourke rode the momentum to the border on Saturday, hitting Del Rio, Eagle Pass and finally Laredo.
