Man Was In A Car Accident, Then Temple PD Handcuffed And Beat Him

A man was in a car accident, then Temple PD handcuffed and beat him. Two months later, he’s still in jail, charged with felony assault against the officers. Yet, the video shows he was a victim, not an assailant.

The police "said" that he spit and bit. However, the videos don't show that and police are refusing to release bodycam and dashcam footage. So....
