Founder of Reality Invasion Boot Camp in Abilene says it's being investigated, denies wrongdoing

The CEO and founder of Reality Invasion Boot Camp in Abilene, an organization to help wayward children, denied allegations Wednesday that his company assaulted children with stun guns and restraining devices, though he said drill sergeants did use a Taser on a teenage girl in self-defense two weeks ago.

On Tuesday, Abilene Chief of Police Stan Standridge issued a statement that said a local boot camp had allegedly assaulted children as young as 4 years old. In the statement, Standridge said one child had injuries consistent with those allegations.

Standridge said no one has been charged.

Standridge declined Wednesday to name the boot camp being investigated, but Paul Huntington, CEO and founder of Reality Invasion, confirmed that his nonprofit company is the subject of the probe.

"sergeants".....That implicitly conveys that at least two,I assume, grown men,had to resort to a taser to subdue "a" teenage girl....."Drill Sergeants" brings to mind a degree of toughness......Must have been one hell of a bad ass teenage girl.....I raised two girls, one of whom, was a literal hellion,as a teen.....I was never a Drill Sergeant, yet I never had to lay hands on my girl, let alone use a weapon on her, while being backed up by at least one other grown man...

A child with behavioral problems at age four needs a psychiatrist, not a boot camp. People are so stupid. How can they get away with licensing for a camp if they are taking in four year olds?

child. That is unless the State is going to remove the child. Surely the State has already done so.

Child Find is for when a child is AT HOME and needs care for a mental or physical disability. A child of four living at home is the responsibility of the local school district if someone contacts them about the child. I am sure the school district knows now!
