I only had to read a few sentences to decide that. It's abundantly clear.

I suspect that Texas won't do more to stop them because the Texan authorities basically agree with their actions. Of course, I could be wrong.

The group is on the wrong side of the law and they need to be stopped. With the current situation, that is very unlikely.
