Because the most populous county in Texas was out of pediatric ICU beds. This makes me so fucking mad. And school starts in one week.

Pretending that kids dont catch COVID, spread Covid to others, or get serious Covid. Schools are germ factories. Always have been, always will be.
So, a week will be lost pretending, instead of facing an approaching problem, and dealing with it realistically.
Lather, rinse, repeat. Meanwhile, children are being used as canaries in a coal mine. Its child abuse.
