fire watch & evacuations, and flood watch at the same time are the VERY LEAST of the reasons I wouldn't & couldn't live in that miserable state.

We are in the DFW metroplex. Hoping we all get a lot of good rain tomorrow without giant hail or tornadoes.

So far no smoke drift. A few years ago there were some massive fires in Palo Pinto county to the west of us and the smoke was drifting into FW. We could definitely smell it

They are evacuating Lipan . (but that’s only about 600 folks.)

They have crews following it but it is really, really windy today.
