Overlay area code, I think is what they called it. Instead of making it easier, it just becomes harder. I try to dial numbers manually from time to time, to make sure I remember them, rather than just telling the phone who I want to call. If I don't dial the number sometimes, I forget it and have to go find my phone to check the number, which wouldn't be good if I needed to call someone quickly.

Now I have to remember what the area code is as well on local calls.
