More allegations of improper inmate care at Hampton Roads Regional Jail as Gov. McAuliffe calls for reform
PORTSMOUTH -- With two controversial deaths in the span of a year at the Hampton Roads Regional Jail, Gov. Terry McAuliffe and other state officials said Thursday they want better oversight of regional jails. This came as new allegations surfaced of inmates not getting proper medical care at the jail.
