Crying Nazi bond in question ... again.

Prosecutors ask for Cantwell’s bond to be revoked

Prosecutors are asking the Albemarle County Circuit Court to revoke Christopher Cantwell’s bond after he allegedly violated the terms of his release again.

<snip>

On July 6, Albemarle Commonwealth’s Attorney Robert Tracci entered a motion to revoke Cantwell’s bond after Cantwell allegedly spoke about one of the reported victims on a radio show, as well as on social media.

This follows an April 26 bond hearing in which Cantwell was instructed to refrain from having any direct or indirect contact with the victims — Emily Gorcenski and Kristopher Goad — “including but not limited to using names or identifying them by specific characteristics which identify them on social media or radio broadcasts,” according to the motion. His bond first was called into question after he was arrested on a public intoxication charge in Loudoun County.

Despite these instructions, prosecutors said Cantwell has continued to use social media and the radio to talk about the reported victims in the case.
