Federal Grand Jury Indicts 4 from California for Conspiracy to Violate Riots Statute
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) -
A federal grand jury has now indicted four California men for their alleged role in the violence surrounding the Unite the Right rally last year.
Twenty-five-year-old Benjamin Daley, 24-year-old Thomas Gillen, 29-year-old Michael Miselis and 24- year-old Cole White each face charges related to the 2017 violence.
All are believed to be part of an alt-right nationalist group called Rise Above Movement (R.A.M.) that emphasizes street fighting.

Most of the men are expected to be back in central Virginia to face the charges within the next few weeks.
