Would you all like to sit inside or outside?
Do you all live together?
Beginning this Thursday, seating diners at restaurants in Seattle is about to get even more complicated than it was already during the pandemic. Last week, Gov. Jay Inslee announced some revised rules to Washingtons phased reopening plan in order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. While restaurants in the city can still open for dine-in services at 50 percent capacity inside and outside, only those from the same household are allowed to sit at the same table indoors.
This is to discourage people from intermingling outside of ones personal daily contacts inside enclosed spaces, where the risks of COVID-19 transmission are higher than they would be outside. Put simply, if youre looking for a seat with people you dont share a home with, sit outside, Inslee said.

(11,686 posts)She will not eat out still but what if she wanted to? Am I supposed to take her to the restaurant and let her go in and eat then leave her in the car while I eat? Yes, I.know that did not make sense but nor does this "only who you live with" rule. I live alone and my mother lives alone so we are still low risk to each other and others so not being allowed to go out together seems stupid.
