Vanguard America (supremacist group the driver was part of) is in Bremerton

Shocked to discover that the homebase of Vanguard America--the white supremacist group the driver of the car is associated with--is headquartered in Bremerton, WA, just a ferry ride from Seattle.

Also, sadly for WA State, the neo-nazi group that puts out that horrible newspaper, The Daily Stormer, is headquartered in Spokane.

As a resident of WA State, I am surprised by the number of hate groups that reside here (via The Southern Poverty Law Center website map of hate groups).
