Calling all ORANGE TABBY lovers! Youngish ("teenage") male needs loving home.

I am a cat magnet. I have no idea how they find me, but they do. With alarming regularity.

I have 4 indoor cats, and several outdoor ferals (which to be perfectly honest is probably how they find me, bc of the food ) - I can't take any more in for a variety of reasons.

But a young, all-orange (no white feet or bib) male showed up last week. He is SUPER friendly and gregarious and silly and flirtatious. I've started to call him "Monkey" which my husband has adapted as "Minkey" after they way Peter Sellers' Inspector Clouseau pronounces the word "monkey".

He's always here at dusk or night, so I don't have good photos yet, but he looks like these two fellas:

HE NEEDS A GOOD HOME! I have him on the list for the next neutering trip a local rescue runs (sometime in October) and can cover neutering and rabies. I'd love to know he had a home to go to after that. He's on the wait list for the foster system here, too, but they're completely overwhelmed (it was a crazy kitten summer here) so I don't know when he'd be placed.

I'm in the NoVirginia area; if you're interested at all in this fella, or know someone who adores orange male tabbies, please let me know. He could be a great farm / barn cat, too. But he LOVES humans, and is curious but not aggressive toward my other cats. He just wants to play.

Please keep this kicked. Thank you.

Alas, I'm on the opposite coast. Lyric, however, is in WV and has had orange tabbies in the past.

but one of them is an orange male - he is a love. He is so mellow and loves people - especially women. He lets children pick him up in their awkward way and does not complain. He is also very clean, smart, and alert. I highly recommend orange tabby males for their gentle nature.
