BUDGET: Rep. Taylor raises questions about bifurcating worker's comp program

I read an article just a short while ago which was saying how well the WI program works and how it gets workers back to work fast and in good health. Now this!!

Seems claims would go to DOA--which is under Walker and his cronies!! They will be nosing into the Claims!

The guv’s budget would transfer administrative responsibilities of worker's comp to the Office of Commissioner of Insurance, including enforcement of the requirement that employers are insured. Disputes over worker’s comp claims would go to the Division of Hearings and Appeals in DOA.

Taylor, D-Madison, continually pressed Newson how the proposed change would return workers to the job more quickly, reduce costs of claims or lead to fewer disputes.
