I am told the first or near first order of business in the next legislative session will be to make all funds in the (fully funded) state pensions fund available for use/reallocation in other areas such as transportation, economic development and tax relief, and to privatize what's left. You know, all in the name of "reform." That's right, Scott Walker gets to confiscate state workers' retirement savings and hand the money out to his wealthy donors!
