Gov. Scott Walker edged closer Thursday to a road-funding showdown with fellow Republicans in the next state budget, saying his two-year transportation plan would not raise taxes or fees -- but would delay major road expansions, including the Verona Road-Beltline Highway project in the Madison area.

This includes the Zoo Interchange project. The people of Waukesha County won't be too happy if the completion is put off by two years.
