8. it's not just philosophical to the kochs in wis.

they have a ton of investments and interests in wis. they own a lot of timber land, make a lot of their paper up there, and have high hopes for extractive industries up there.
they are infiltrating down to the county board level.

we need a real strategy, as a party, to win in areas like this where their money is on the line.
but it's gonna be ugly up there.
