There is another special election in Wisconsin on January 16

Besides the state senate election on the west side of Wisconsin (see separate posting), Dennis Degenhardt is running for Assembly in District 58 (the West Bend area, northwest of Milwaukee). This is to replace Rep. Bob Gannon, who died in October. Dennis is a retired credit union executive and an officer in the county Democratic Party where he lives. It is a tough area for Democrats, but the party is surprisingly active there. If you live in his district (West Bend-Richfield-Slinger) or know someone who does, make sure not to miss voting for him. In a low-turnout, little known election, anything is possible.
