Not sure about everywhere, but this seems to be a recurring theme in North And West Wisconsin.

It only takes a couple of school board elections to destroy a school district and divide a community.

Before finally doing something. She needs to be in jail for retaining personal and confidential public documents.

shocking than bogus doctorates, gross and dangerous negligence in caring for special ed kids, and bus contracts and staffing levels that point to financial dishonesty.
