The Trump campaign wants a recount in two counties...

Milwaukee and Dane county, where Madison is.

Why just those two counties?

Looks rather obvious to me.

Dump is obviously not smart enough to cook up this crap on his own. Does he have a team of lawyers that know the intricasies of state election laws, or is he relying on Repugs from the separate states?
