Per David Shuster, Scotty would have a clearance letter if he's not a DOJ target

@DavidShuster Under DOJ guidelines, Gov Walker would have a clearance letter if he's not an investigation "target." He has no letter. #WIrecall #TAN

1. Well, the 'don't interfere with elections' directive works both ways.

Providing that letter could influence the election.

I agree whole-heartedly that if such a clearance letter were in the hands of Scott Walker, we'd be hearing about it.

All this means to me is Scott doesn't have such a letter at this time.
