I have heard about the legal troubles Walker has

and how his closest aid and turned against him.

But, not being from Wisconsin and mostly hearing about the recall I only know he might be indicted but not why. Can someone explain what is happening now since that seems to be the next step.

Violating open records law. Won't know the complete set of charges until the investigators file the charges.

You can get the skinny here: http://www.democraticunderground.com/1002760070

Also, the Wisconsin Dems have a Walker Investigation watch site here: http://www.walkerinvestigation.com/

The Dem site has links to original court documents if you're interested.

or it might be 90. So we sit and wait, but all signs point to him setting up an elaborate secret email network in his office that ran on taxpayer time and money to help him get elected as county exec and gov. Also redirected funds meant for veterans to one of his buds.

If he is indicted and found guilty, we get Kleefisch as Gov. Dear God. Not sure which is worse, but I want to see him in orange so I'll go with the devil I don't know.
