Unbelievable.

Edit: Maybe that's the combined total of Walker and Kleefisch? Not all Walker signatures. Still a lot of work!

I was wrong to call all the signatures for the governor. A closer read says 1.9 million for Scott Walker, Rebecca Kleefisch and their right-wing cronies. Kleefisch is the Lieutenant Governor. I believe it claims over 1 million to recall Walker.

Still an amazing and inspiring result.

I've been to several Solidarity Singalong events and seen the Capitol rotunda filled on 2 levels with singers calling for Walker's recall. Democracy is definitely on the rebound in Wisconsin.

When we visited Wisconsin at Thanksgiving, we saw people politely and kindly gathering signatures everywhere we went ... small towns and throughout Madison. It was just incredibly impressive. And for me, the most impressive were all the people with petitions in the cold rain all around Camp Randall on that Saturday.

I had gathered signatures here in Ohio to recall Senate Bill 5. We all worked hard, but you all were a smooth operating machine.
