1. The U.S. has exported....

it's proclivity for solving all problems with guns. You never used to see these things happen, even in Canada's largest cities. Toronto is too close to the U.S. border.

On behalf of the people of the United States I apologize for our deplorable customs creeping into Canada. My condolences to all involved.

2. We have our share of monstrous creeps. But yeah, chances are the gun was imported

illegally from the US.

3. You're probably right, considering the recent handgun import ban.

One of the best decisions Trudeau's made to date.

4. Yes. Trudeau will get many guns off the street. But there are still ways to get them.

But local thiefs will not be able to steal them from homeowners at least.

5. They won't be able to steal NEW handguns thanks to the ban.

I believe the law still allows for existing handgun owners.

But the important thing being the law closes off a way to get them.

7. I'll take the small victory.

Next up is shaming those that have them just to be pretend tough guys, and make it distasteful at least to have one.

The only thing a hand gun is designed for is to kill other people. That's it's entire purpose. Canada isn't a violent place in general regarding guns, So I tend to look down on and ridicule those that just HAVE to have one.
