This has been driving me crazy for a while. Our local city council is negotiating a P3 for a new waste water treatment plant costing ~ $230 Million.
The city council is now trying to change the requirement for forcing a binding referendum on the issue less than 1 week prior to the petition deadline.
I have got to hand it to our Canadian NeoCons, at least they can remain united enough to screw us at all three levels of government.
