There is a new database of missing and murdered aboriginal women, online.

The list was seven years in the making, is public, and can be accessed through a link here:

The number of women has increased, of course, which is no great shocker. Since this is taken from the public record, I would be surprised if there weren't more somewhere. Since the list is public, one assumes that they are looking for comment and information.


This is long, long overdue.
